Established in 1985, this Department provides maximum intellectual support to the students. This is reflected in the job opportunities gained by the students of this Department, both in the Government sector as well as in NGO sector. The faculty members of this Department have presented their research papers at international and national fora. The Department has started Human Right Education course under the self – financing scheme. Thrust Area of Research – Globalization, Modernization, and Weaker Sector.
